SoftDiscount (“we,” “us,” or “our”) aims to ensure customer satisfaction with the digital goods we offer. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, or you may encounter issues with the digital product. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for digital goods purchased from our website.

SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. If at any point during your software subscription you lose access, our team will resolve any issues for you to ensure you are not without your license. In the rare chance it is unresolved, we will issue a refund for the remaining time on your subscription. In 3 years, this has not happened.
  2. Your license term with us begins once our team issues an order note & marks your order as completed. If you require us to put your license on hold until a certain date, you must reach out to us to request this.
  3. When you are due for a renewal, we will honor the same subscription price as listed when you signed up, excluding any discount code(s) you used on your initial sign-up.
  4. We only facilitate access to software through the customer’s own software account. We are not responsible for the results obtained through the use of the software or any damage caused by its use.
  5. Customers are solely responsible for complying with the software provider’s End User License Agreement (EULA). You are responsible for any breach of the software provider’s EULA and any resulting consequences.
  6. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
  7. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service.
  8. We are not responsible for any delays, complications, or disputes arising from your interaction with the software provider regarding your software license or account.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

a. The digital good must have been purchased from SoftDiscount through our official website or an authorized reseller.

c. You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as a technical issue with the digital good, misrepresentation of the product, or non-delivery of the product. Our team will try to resolve your issue, and if it cannot be resolved, we will refund without question. In situations where you refuse our help, a refund is not eligible.

Refunds on subscription products
If at any point during a subscription license, your access is revoked or the license is no longer working and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a refund on the remaining time left on your license.

Non-refundable Digital Goods

Please note that certain types of digital goods are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

a. Customized or personalized digital goods.
b. Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a significant defect or issue with the product that cannot be resolved.
c. Gift cards or vouchers for digital goods.
