As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

SHIPPING

For activation codes, we usually send them via email within 5 minutes.

Downloads are emailed within 15-30 minutes of purchase, 7 Days a week, 365 days a year. Please wait up to 10 minutes if you have not received your email with the download and instructions. We always send 2 emails to make sure you have received our email in your inbox. If 10 minutes have passed since the time of purchase, and you have not received your product keys, please email us at [email protected] with your full name or order number, and we will reply right away with your download and instructions. 

If you purchase a software subscription

we usually activate your designated software account within 8 hours. If it exceeds 8 hours, please contact us.
